Files need to be uploaded to CMT:

1. A Zipped file, Paper-ID-Source.zip, containing the final source files, incl. bib/bbl files, images, etc. (no older source files)
2. A final PDF file, Paper-ID-Final.pdf, corresponding exactly to the final source files.
3. A license-to-publish agreement, Paper-ID-LTP.pdf (i.e., copyright form), signed by hand by the corresponding author on behalf of all of the authors of the paper. Partially filled-out form is available for download on the conference website.
4. A review response file (Paper-ID-Review-Response.pdf)

As mentioned in the end of the Springer Instructions for Authors (at the end), please note the following.

Acknowledgments: A third level heading in 9-point font size at the end of the paper is used for general acknowledgments, for example: This study was funded by X (grant number X).

Disclosure of Interests: It is now necessary to declare any competing interests or to specifically state that the authors have no competing interests. Please place the statement with a third level heading in 9-point font size beneath the (optional) acknowledgments, for example: The authors have no competing interests to declare that are relevant to the content of this article. Or: Author A has received research grants from Company W, Author B has received a speaker honorarium from Company X and owns stock in Company Y, Author C is a member of committee Z.

Poster Preparation Guideline:

1. Poster size and orientation: A0, Landscape
2. Contents: Title, Author names or affiliation, logos (ICDSAIA, EATL Innovation Hub, University of Salford), Abstract, Introduction, Methodology, Results & Discussion, Conclusions, and Acknowledgements.
3. Font Size: Headings: 48 to 60-point font size, Content: 24 to 32 font size single-spaced
4. Graphs and Images: Graphs: no smaller than 12cm x 18cm. Images: no smaller than 12cm x 18cm
5. Design principles: Organized, clean, simple.
6. Please download the poster template to prepare your poster. You may change the design, however, you must follow the size of the poster, logo placements and font sizes. Print the poster in digital banner printer machine, which help you to carry and hang the poster.
7. Please bring your printed poster to the conference venue for display. Arrangement for displaying the poster will be made in the conference.
8. The registered author shall be present during the Poster Demonstration session (will be available on the website before the conference) and interact with the visitors and judges.
9. Judging Criteria: Organization and information content: 30, Technical Strength: 40, Interaction with the judges and visitors: 30

Presentation Preparation Guideline:

1. Please download the presentation template to prepare your slides. You may change the design, however, you must follow the slide aspect ratio, logo placements and font sizes.
2. For each paper presentation maximum time is 15 minutes. 10 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for question & answer, and 2 minutes buffer time.
3. Judging Criteria: Organization and clarity of the slides: 20, Novelty and Technical Contribution – 40, Presentation Quality – 20, Question & Answer - 20
